Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened journals within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your journal must be in its original condition, free from writing, wear, or damage, and returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Because Mindflight is a personal journal, we cannot accept returns of journals that have been used, written in, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
