Returns
We hope that you love your journal, but if you are not satisfied with it, we have a 30 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your journal must be unused and in good condition.
To complete your return, please email us at mindflightjournal@gmail.com with the following information:
1. Name
2. Confirmation number
3. Reason for return
Once we receive your return request, we will email you with further instructions on where to send your journal.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Replacements
We will happily replace your journal if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your journal for a new one, please send us an email at mindflightjournal@gmail.com so we can quickly get you a new journal as soon as possible.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a damaged or defective journal, we will send you a pre-paid return label in the mail.
